All classes and private sessions are currently being offered virtually. Stay fit and healthy while you are safe at home!
Working primarily with resistance bands and our own body weight, we will work through a full body workout each class. We will follow that up with some mobility, flexibility and recovery work so that we stay moving in a healthy way. All exercises are easily modifiable to suit your needs so this class is suitable for all levels, whether you are a beginner or have been exercising for a long time.

Focus may be on strength, flexibility, mobility, foam rolling or all of the above. We discuss your personal goals and design a program to help you meet those goals in a realistic time frame.

Time is a precious commodity for everyone. Why not combine a couple of things on your to do list? Have some family time, while getting in the physical activity that everyone needs! Circuit style training where you work with your child(ren) to have fun while improving your strength, cardio, balance and flexibility. There are 3 goals to this workout, sweat, smile and have fun!

Just because we aren’t kids anymore doesn’t mean we don’t want to have fun while we workout right? According to ACSM – American College of Sports Medicine; “Group exercise offers a variety of benefits you might miss out on if you choose to work out on your own. Some of the benefits include exposure to a social and fun environment, a safe and effectively designed workout, a consistent exercise schedule, an accountability factor for participating in exercise, and a workout that requires no prior exercise knowledge or experience.”
This circuit style workout will improve all components of fitness while having fun with other like-minded people. No previous experience is necessary, all you need is a good pair of indoor shoes. Options will be given for each and every participant to work at their own level.
