  • Yoga ~ Experience the many benefits that practicing yoga can bring to your life. Connecting mind and body, creating balance in our lives by taking the time to be present in the moment. You will leave this class feeling refreshed, relaxed and renewed. No yoga experience necessary, class is appropriate for all levels.


  • Gentle Yoga ~ The same as a regular yoga class, but with more options provided as needed.  A terrific place for beginners to start, or those that prefer a slightly slower pace. Also appropriate for those that may need special consideration for health conditions or joint and mobility issues.
  • Yin Nidra ~  A slower and more passive style of class to encourage flexibility and complete relaxation. Beginning with a combination of restorative and yin poses that are held for longer periods of time to target the connective tissues, and finishing with a calming, guided relaxation. Please bring 2 blocks, 2 blankets or large towels and a yoga mat to this class.

Working primarily with resistance bands and our own body weight, we will work through a full body workout each class. We will follow that up with some mobility, flexibility and recovery work so that we stay moving in a healthy way. All exercises are easily modifiable to suit your needs so this class is suitable for all levels, whether you are a beginner or have been exercising for a long time.

Are you looking to achieve a specific goal?  Do you just prefer to have direct attention when you are exercising...have you hit a plateau and need a boost to keep progressing?  If any of these sound like you Personal Training might be exactly what you need!

Focus may be on strength, flexibility, mobility, foam rolling or all of the above. We discuss your personal goals and design a program to help you meet those goals in a realistic time frame.

  • Postnatal Yoga ~ A great way to bond with your little one! Baby will be incorporated into the practice.  Ideal for little ones under a year, may be appropriate for other ages, please ask for details.
  • Postnatal Strength ~ Your little one will become part of the workout.  Get a full body workout including some moves you can work on at home. Rebuild core strength, regain movement confidence and prepare for more advanced workouts. Ideal for little ones under a year, may be appropriate for other ages, please ask for details.

Time is a precious commodity for everyone. Why not combine a couple of things on your to do list? Have some family time, while getting in the physical activity that everyone needs! Circuit style training where you work with your child(ren) to have fun while improving your strength, cardio, balance and flexibility. There are 3 goals to this workout, sweat, smile and have fun!


 (Please note ~ when weather permits we will be hosting class outdoors, please dress accordingly.)

Just because we aren’t kids anymore doesn’t mean we don’t want to have fun while we workout right? According to ACSM – American College of Sports Medicine; “Group exercise offers a variety of benefits you might miss out on if you choose to work out on your own. Some of the benefits include exposure to a social and fun environment, a safe and effectively designed workout, a consistent exercise schedule, an accountability factor for participating in exercise, and a workout that requires no prior exercise knowledge or experience.”

This circuit style workout will improve all components of fitness while having fun with other like-minded people. No previous experience is necessary, all you need is a good pair of indoor shoes. Options will be given for each and every participant to work at their own level.
