Are you looking to achieve a specific goal?  Do you just prefer to have direct attention when you are exercising...have you hit a plateau and need a boost to keep progressing?  If any of these sound like you Personal Training might be exactly what you need!

Focus may be on strength, flexibility, mobility, foam rolling or all of the above. We discuss your personal goals and design a program to help you meet those goals in a realistic time frame. 


Rates:  

Single Session = $65/hour 

5 session pack = $300 

10 session pack = $550 

20 session pack = $1000  

Intro to PT:

 3 sessions, plus phone consultation $175

 *only available to new clients

(All sessions are 1 hour duration.)

Minimum charge to go come to your venue is $150

 Experience the many benefits that practicing yoga can bring to your life. Connecting mind and body, creating balance in our lives by taking the time to be present in the moment. A yoga mat, 2 blocks and a strap are recommended for these classes. Blocks and straps can be borrowed from the studio if needed


  • Yoga Flow ~ Yoga flow is a vinyasa style class where you will flow with the breath through a series of postures, improving strength, mobility, balance, flexibility and stamina. This class is a faster pace with a lot of up and down from the floor. Some yoga experience is recommended for this class style. Two yoga blocks are recommended for this class.


  • Hatha Yoga ~  Hatha yoga is a gentler and slower paced practice where will focus on improving our strength, balance, and flexibility. You will leave this class feeling refreshed, relaxed, and renewed. Hatha yoga is a terrific place for beginners to start, or those that simply prefer a slower pace. Also appropriate for those that may need special consideration for health conditions or joint and mobility issues. Two yoga blocks and a strap are recommended for this class.


  • Yoga Trapeze ~ There are 7 basic movement patterns that we need for a healthy body. While we hit most of these in a regular yoga class, there is one element that is completely missing, and that is the element of  pulling. The Yoga Trapeze allows us to add pulling motion into our repertoire to help create balanced bodies. Yoga Trapeze is a fantastic tool to help us build our strength, increase our flexibility, and work  on our balance. Specifically, you will see an increase in grip strength, upper body strength and core strength, all while having fun. Yoga Trapeze also offers spinal traction. Explained simply, spinal traction  helps to create space between our vertebrae, which can help relieve tension and pain in the back. With the trapeze we can invert safely, to find the benefits of spinal traction. Traction alone will not cure back pain, but traction in conjunction with the strengthening and flexibility poses on the Trapeze will help you along your journey.  
  • Chair Yoga ~  Our bodies work best when we are able to move easily and without restriction. Life however often causes movement limitations that need to be addressed so our bodies can move better. Utilizing a combination of hatha chair yoga, flowing movement, longer held stretches, and foam rolling/fascia release techniques, this class will work on both your mobility and flexibility to help you move better in your day-to-day life.

Just because we aren’t kids anymore doesn’t mean we don’t want to have fun while we workout right? According to ACSM – American College of Sports Medicine; “Group exercise offers a variety of benefits you might miss out on if you choose to work out on your own. Some of the benefits include exposure to a social and fun environment, a safe and effectively designed workout, a consistent exercise schedule, an accountability factor for participating in exercise, and a workout that requires no prior exercise knowledge or experience.” 


  

  • Circuit Training ~  Enjoy a workout that will target all of the major component of fitness by moving through multiple stations that will include both cardio and strength movements. Equipment may include trx, resistance bands, kettle bells, bosu ball, dumbbells and more. Expect to get your sweat on in this class! You will need indoor shoes and a water bottle for this class. 

  

  • Strength and Stretch ~ Working primarily with resistance bands and our own body weight, we will work through a full body workout each class. We will follow that up with some mobility, flexibility and recovery work so that we stay moving in a healthy way. All exercises are easily modifiable to suit your needs so this class is suitable for all levels, whether you are a beginner or have been exercising for a long time. You will need indoor shoes, a yoga mat and a water bottle for this class.  

 

  • Gentle Strength ~ This class will provide a full body workout, increasing your overall strength, balance and mobility, making the activities of daily living more manageable. Using body weight, resistance bands and more to get our bodies moving. This class is ideal for those new to strength training, those with joint or mobility issues, people recovering from injuries or surgery, and those that simply prefer a slower pace. Seated options will also be available. You will need indoor shoes, a yoga mat and a water bottle for this class.
