Rates:
Single Session = $65/hour
5 session pack = $300
10 session pack = $550
20 session pack = $1000
Intro to PT:
3 sessions, plus phone consultation $175
*only available to new clients
(All sessions are 1 hour duration.)
Do you have a group of friends that would like to practice or work out together? Ask for details on private classes for groups of 3-10 people.

Would you like to learn more about yoga or exercise, or just get some direct one on one attention in your practice or workout? Ask for details on private classes.

6 people = $115
7-10 people = $125
Minimum charge to go come to your venue is $150

A yoga mat, 2 blocks and a strap are recommended for these classes. Blocks and straps can be borrowed from the studio if needed
