Everyone is on their own journey. Perhaps you are just starting your fitness or yoga journey, or perhaps you are well established on your path. No matter what your experience or expertise you will continue on your own path with the movements that work for your body, respecting where our bodies are at on any given day.
Every body is built differently, meaning no two people will look the same in any given movement. With small class sizes each participant will receive instruction that will keep them safe, and help them to further their fitness or yoga journey from wherever they are towards wherever they would like to go.
We know that exercise is good for us...but it's not always fun to do. If we don't enjoy it we won't do it. At Journey To Be it's all about the experience. We make fitness fun so that you enjoy your time with us. Why not get healthier, make some new friends and have fun at the same time...yes it's possible!
